Welcome to SqueakyClean Suspension. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you acknowledge the following terms and conditions, subject to applicable laws.

SqueakyClean Suspension is a Canadian automotive suspension brand specializing in performance air suspension systems, coilovers, chassis bracing, suspension components, and related accessories.

1. Product Use & Disclaimer

SqueakyClean Suspension products are designed for automotive performance, customization, motorsport, exhibition, and show applications.

Certain products are intended for off-road, motorsport, or show use only and may not be approved for public-road operation in all jurisdictions.

Customers are responsible for determining whether purchased products comply with applicable local, provincial, state, and federal laws, including vehicle safety, modification, and inspection requirements.

SqueakyClean Suspension does not guarantee that any product is legal for public-road use in every jurisdiction.

2. Installation & Vehicle Safety

Suspension modifications can affect vehicle handling, steering geometry, ride height, ground clearance, braking performance, and overall vehicle safety.

All products must be installed correctly using appropriate procedures, tools, and manufacturer specifications.

We strongly recommend installation by qualified automotive technicians familiar with aftermarket suspension systems.

SqueakyClean Suspension is not responsible for damage or performance issues resulting from improper installation, incorrect fitment, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or failure to follow installation instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are properly inspected, aligned, and maintained following suspension modifications.

3. Limited Product Warranty

SqueakyClean Suspension provides the following limited warranty coverage against manufacturing defects:

• Air Bags: Limited lifetime warranty.

• Dampers: 2-year limited warranty.

• Installation Labour: 2-year limited warranty for installations performed directly by SqueakyClean Suspension.

• Electronics: 1-year limited warranty covering manifolds, compressors, and related electronic components.

All warranties apply exclusively to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

Products purchased second-hand, resold, or transferred to another owner are not eligible for our voluntary limited warranty coverage.

Warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from accidents, improper installation, neglect, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.

These warranties are provided in addition to any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Third-Party Installations

SqueakyClean Suspension is not responsible for workmanship performed by independent installers, automotive shops, or other third parties.

Any installation labour warranty provided by SqueakyClean Suspension applies only to installations completed directly by our company.

Third-party installation does not automatically void an otherwise valid product warranty. However, damage caused by improper third-party installation is excluded from voluntary warranty coverage.

5. Vehicle Compatibility & Fitment

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including year, make, model, trim, drivetrain configuration, and relevant modifications when placing an order.

Fitment may be affected by aftermarket wheels, tires, brake systems, suspension modifications, and other vehicle alterations.

SqueakyClean Suspension cannot guarantee compatibility with undisclosed vehicle modifications.

Customers should verify product compatibility before installation and contact us if any fitment concerns arise.

6. Made-to-Order Products & Production

Certain SqueakyClean Suspension products are manufactured, assembled, or configured specifically for individual customer orders.

Production and delivery estimates are approximate and may change due to component availability, manufacturing requirements, testing, shipping delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Custom and made-to-order products may be subject to specific cancellation and return restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase.

Nothing in this policy excludes cancellation, refund, or other rights required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SqueakyClean Suspension shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, installation, misuse, or operation of its products, including loss of vehicle use, lost profits, or related expenses.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability for personal injury, defective products, negligence, or other matters where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Customers must operate and maintain their vehicles responsibly and in accordance with applicable safety requirements.

8. Maintenance & Inspection

Suspension components require periodic inspection and maintenance.

Customers are responsible for checking applicable mounting hardware, air lines, fittings, electrical connections, suspension joints, and other components for wear, damage, or deterioration.

Vehicles displaying abnormal suspension behaviour, leaks, loose components, or other safety concerns should not be operated until inspected and repaired by a qualified professional.

Failure to perform reasonable maintenance may affect warranty eligibility where the failure caused or contributed to the claimed damage.

9. Product Specifications & Website Information

SqueakyClean Suspension reserves the right to update product designs, specifications, materials, and features without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and existing contractual obligations.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and pricing are accurate.

Product images may be representative, and minor differences may exist between photographed products and delivered components.

10. Intellectual Property

All SqueakyClean Suspension branding, logos, product photographs, original designs, written content, and other proprietary materials are owned by SqueakyClean Suspension or their respective rights holders.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of protected materials is prohibited without prior written authorization.

11. Governing Law

This notice is governed by the applicable laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Nothing in this notice limits statutory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable provincial, national, or international consumer protection legislation.
