This website is operated by SqueakyClean Suspension, a Canadian automotive performance suspension brand. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to SqueakyClean Suspension.

By accessing www.squeakycleansuspension.ca, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated by reference, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Our online store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our products and services.

Please review these Terms carefully before placing an order.

SqueakyClean Suspension specializes in automotive performance products, including:

  • Air suspension systems and components

  • Performance coilover suspension systems

  • Chassis bracing and reinforcement components

  • Suspension control arms and related hardware

  • Electronic suspension management systems

  • Automotive accessories, merchandise, and related products

Certain products are manufactured, assembled, configured, or tested specifically for individual customer orders.

Product availability, specifications, and compatibility may vary by vehicle application.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, subject to obligations arising from orders already accepted.

3. Product Fitment & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information when ordering, including:

  • Vehicle year, make, model, and trim

  • Drivetrain configuration

  • Factory suspension configuration

  • Relevant aftermarket modifications

  • Any additional information required to verify compatibility

Vehicle modifications, including aftermarket wheels, tires, brakes, suspension components, or altered chassis geometry, may affect product fitment.

SqueakyClean Suspension cannot guarantee compatibility with modifications that have not been disclosed or evaluated.

Customers should verify compatibility before installation and contact us promptly if an apparent fitment issue is identified.

Nothing in this section limits remedies available for products that are defective, misdescribed, or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

4. Made-to-Order Products & Production Timelines

Many SqueakyClean Suspension products are built or configured to order.

Our typical manufacturing, assembly, and testing timeline is approximately 4–6 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Component availability

  • Manufacturing requirements

  • Quality control and testing

  • Supplier or fabrication delays

  • Shipping and customs processing

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.

Estimated production or delivery dates are not guarantees unless expressly confirmed as such.

Customer rights concerning delayed or undelivered orders remain subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

Unless otherwise specified, prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees.

We reserve the right to change product pricing without prior notice. Price changes will not retroactively affect accepted orders unless otherwise permitted by law and agreed upon.

Payment must be completed using an approved payment method before an order enters production, unless alternative arrangements have been expressly confirmed.

Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud screening.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Payment verification failure

  • Suspected fraud

  • Product unavailability

  • Inability to fulfill a requested vehicle application

If an order is cancelled by SqueakyClean Suspension after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded in accordance with legal requirements.

Custom and made-to-order products may be subject to cancellation restrictions once manufacturing or preparation has begun.

Any such restrictions will be applied in accordance with our published Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Shipping & International Orders

SqueakyClean Suspension offers shipping to supported destinations within Canada and internationally.

Shipping timelines vary depending on destination, carrier, customs procedures, and product availability.

International customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and customs fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or carriers where those delays are beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude any delivery obligations or remedies imposed by applicable law.

Any shipping damage, missing items, or delivery concerns should be reported promptly so that we can investigate and assist.

8. Installation & Vehicle Modifications

Suspension modifications can affect vehicle handling, steering geometry, ground clearance, braking performance, and overall safety.

Products must be installed using appropriate procedures and equipment.

We recommend installation by qualified automotive technicians experienced with aftermarket suspension systems.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are properly inspected, aligned, and maintained following installation.

SqueakyClean Suspension is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect maintenance, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Our installation services are available only in designated service areas within the Greater Toronto Area, subject to scheduling and availability.

9. Off-Road, Motorsport & Show Applications

Certain SqueakyClean Suspension products are intended for off-road, motorsport, competition, or show applications.

Not all products are approved for public-road use in every jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for determining whether their vehicle modifications comply with applicable local, provincial, state, and federal regulations.

SqueakyClean Suspension does not guarantee that every product is legal for use on public roads.

Product-use disclaimers do not exclude responsibilities or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Limited Warranty

SqueakyClean Suspension stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products.

Our voluntary limited warranty coverage includes:

  • Air Bags: Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects

  • Dampers: 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects

  • Installation Labour: 2-year limited warranty on installations performed directly by SqueakyClean Suspension

  • Electronics: 1-year limited warranty on manifolds, compressors, and related electronic components

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Second-hand, resold, or transferred products are not eligible for voluntary warranty coverage.

Damage resulting from improper installation, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance is excluded where such damage caused the claimed failure.

Warranty claims are subject to reasonable inspection and verification.

Our limited warranty is provided in addition to any statutory rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our published Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.

Certain custom-built or made-to-order products may not be eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges.

These restrictions do not eliminate legal remedies for defective products, incorrect orders, misrepresentation, or other circumstances where a refund or remedy is required by law.

Customers should review the Refund Policy before placing an order.

12. Third-Party Installations & Services

SqueakyClean Suspension does not provide installation labour warranty coverage for work performed by independent installers or third-party automotive shops.

Third-party installation does not automatically invalidate a product's manufacturing warranty.

However, damage directly resulting from improper installation or unauthorized modifications may be excluded from voluntary warranty coverage.

SqueakyClean Suspension provides installation and service support for its own products and does not undertake general servicing or installation of unrelated third-party suspension systems.

13. Product Maintenance & Customer Responsibilities

Performance suspension systems require periodic inspection and appropriate maintenance.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their vehicles and installed components in accordance with applicable product instructions and safe automotive practices.

This may include inspection of:

  • Suspension mounting hardware

  • Air lines and fittings

  • Electrical connections

  • Suspension joints and bearings

  • Air management components

  • Signs of wear, leakage, or damage

Vehicles displaying unsafe suspension behaviour should be inspected and repaired before further operation.

14. Website Information & Product Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that website information, product specifications, descriptions, and pricing are accurate.

Occasional errors or omissions may occur.

We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and update website content.

Where an error affects an existing order, we will address the matter in accordance with applicable contractual and consumer protection requirements.

Product photographs may be representative of a product category or vehicle application.

Minor visual or specification differences may occur where disclosed or otherwise permitted by law.

15. Intellectual Property

All original SqueakyClean Suspension branding, logos, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of protected content is prohibited without written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of our intellectual property to website visitors or customers.

16. Customer Reviews & Submitted Content

Customers may voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, or feedback.

By submitting content for publication, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and grant SqueakyClean Suspension a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for reasonable business and promotional purposes.

You retain ownership of your original content.

This provision does not require customers to indemnify SqueakyClean Suspension for losses caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of applicable legal obligations.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect where legally permissible.

24. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services where users materially violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or fraudulent conduct.

Termination does not eliminate existing payment obligations, customer rights, or legal responsibilities.
