Non-Refundable Processing Fees
All orders paid by credit card, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, or any third-party processor include non-refundable processing fees charged by the card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
These fees are not returned to us when an order is cancelled or refunded!
Refunds on Cancelled Orders
If you request a cancellation or refund for any reason, the original processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Example:
Order Total: $5,000
Processing Fee: $145
Refund Issued: $4,855
(Processing fee percentages vary depending on the payment method used.)

If you prefer a payment method without processing fees, we offer:

SqueakyClean Suspension – Limited Warranty Policy
At SqueakyClean Suspension, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of our products. Our suspension systems are engineered and built with durability and reliability in mind.
All SqueakyClean Suspension air strut products are backed by the following limited warranties:

Air Bags: Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Dampers: 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Installation Labour: 2-year limited warranty on installations performed directly by SqueakyClean Suspension.

Electronics: 1-year limited warranty on electronic components, including manifolds, compressors, and related equipment.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
All warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable. Products that have been resold, transferred, or purchased second-hand are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal intended use. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance is not covered.
Installation labour warranty applies exclusively to work performed by SqueakyClean Suspension and does not extend to third-party installations.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by SqueakyClean Suspension.

Warranty coverage for products from other brands (e.g., Viar, Air Lift, SMC, etc.) must be obtained directly from their respective manufacturers, as we do not provide warranty support for resold items.
All air struts, coilover conversion bags, manifolds, compressors, and tanks are final sale. These products are either made to order or considered custom components, and are therefore non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all specifications before placing an order, unless otherwise stated in writing.
We are happy to assist with questions before purchase; however, once an order is placed, it is considered processed, completed, and final.
